For this project, we worked with a real estate agent in Milwaukee who wanted a brand that stood out from the crowd—funky, inviting, and a play on the Third Coast. IYKYK. We designed a vibrant, bold logo and a full brand identity that reflected their unique approach to real estate, blending fun with professionalism. The result is a brand that feels approachable yet memorable, connecting with clients and making them feel a little less intimidated before they even walk through the front door.
